We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) for full-time positions in our Rockford, IL location.

Compensation:

• Fully licensed therapists (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT): $70,000 annually
• Pre-licensed: $35- $41.50 per session

Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed in IL
• Willing to provide therapy in a school setting
• Will be providing therapy at Rockford Christian 20 hours per week and Winnebago High School 8 hours per week
• Mon-Friday schedule

KP Counseling was founded in 2008 and is led by was founded in 2008 and is led by the dynamic Executive Director, whose experience spans over 27 years in a host of areas that include but are not limited to facilitating men’s groups, co-authoring leadership programs, conducting workshops and seminars, and serving as a consultant to businesses, schools, and churches. KP Counseling is different because KP partners with a teaching company that allows KP clinical staff to receive free CEU credits for attending the workshops. They can employ students in practicum/internship and candidates in training to work towards licensure. His background and track record include developing a proven reputation as a solutions-focused manager, knowledgeable clinical supervisor, continuing education credit provider (CEU), and electrifying presenter passionate about teaching in this field. His background, experience, and vision collectively make this the quintessential organization for clinicians to hone their skills and become their best clinicians.
